Ep 15. You Again

An assimilated meat tenderizer twitches as it stands in the middle of the city. It stands tall with furry limbs and long, spindly claws, its head hanging and drooping from long, thick tendons coming from its metallic neck. Suddenly, the focus blurs as Gum rushes past, her heels clacking against the street below. The assimilated object lifts its head, alert.
Gum leaps up high with her needle sword in hand, jumping over the assimilated object's head as it swings it toward her like a flail.
With two slices, the object's head is severed from its body, blood spurting out from the point of separation. Gum lands with a thud, bloodied needle held in front of her, sweat dripping down her face as she watches it lurch.
Then, it falls to the ground with a thunk. Gum watches the blood drip from her sword before looking away, showing that she's standing in front of a hospital. The sign says, East C R Medical.
Gum reaches out for the door handle, eyes wide as she thinks, Maybe this one. She's interrupted, though, by Razor lunging past her, smashing through the glass doors.
Gum thinks, Huh? It's that girl! as Razor tumbles ass over head over the ground, glass shards stuck in the rubber of her back.
Gum shouts, What's wrong with you? Razor doesn't answer, just getting up and bounding further into the hospital as Gum calls out after her. Razor is faster than Gum on foot, but Gum quickly catches up rolling on a wheely chair, much to Razor's shock and annoyance.
Both of them jump as they approach a desk, and as she vaults over the desk Gum shouts, I know why you're here! Suddenly, the roles are reversed, with Razor landing on another wheely chair and Gum now running beside her. Gum adds, You don't know what you're doing!
They skid around the corner. Razor throws the chair at Gum and turns, bursting through the next set of doors. Gum chases after her shouting Don't! Touch! That! Terminal! When she gets through the doors, though, she stops, dismayed.
Razor, sweating, pants as she and Gum stare at the terminal. There's an assimilated object killed and pinned to the floor by a hammer, its blood having been used to paint, Not here, on the wall. As Razor stands up on her hind legs, Gum says, Well, would you look at that. It's clearly broken. There is a close up of the dead assimilated object as she continues, And if you use it, your friend will come out looking like that.
Razor is silent for a moment. Then, she turns to look at Gum, growling, I better not see you again. Neither of them say another word as Razor leaves. Gum grits her teeth as she thinks, The feeling is mutual.
But then, they just keep encountering each other. First Razor spots Gum as she's heading into a store, then Gum spots Razor drinking from a plaza fountain, then they see each other grabbing watermelons from a grocery store bin. Finally, Razor pushes open the door to a room labelled, Restroom, with another sign next to it with three Z's.
The door creaks open, and Gum is there, refilling her water bottle in the sink. Her backpack is sitting behind her, on the couch. Razor, having had enough, hunches and starts to growl as she approaches her.
They're interrupted, though, by the sound of a large explosion outside, followed by manic laughter.
